Only one applicant in ten meets our strict qualifications to become a Publicover Security Officer. Candidates must not have any criminal history, be fully bondable, insurable and exhibit a high degree of responsibility.

Psychological evaluation is an integral aspect of our screening process, and is used to select candidates with high levels of integrity and positive verbal and written communication skills.
